As the number of brain injury survivors increases in the Bay Area, MBIN plans to meet their needs by expanding services, offering more classes, reaching out to more survivors and their families, and providing educational seminars to the community about acquired brain injury and tools for prevention.

Financial Gift

Here are some additional was to give: become a monthly donor, make a gift in honor or memory of a friend or family member, donate stock or securities, or make a planned gift.

You can also make a gift to the Karen Schurig Scholarship Fund. This fund was established to honor Karen's mission of offering services to survivors and caregivers regardless of their ability to pay. Gifts to this fund provide the opportunity for a person with brain injury to attend classes at MBIN.

Artwork includes framed and unframed original paintings, artistic notecards, holiday cards, candle lanterns, potted plants, beaded jewelry, and more. Please visit the center to view the artistic creations for sale.
